Border Control Post at Hull

The Port of Hull is currently ONLY designated as a Border Control Post for consignments of non-EU fishery frozen products to be imported at Hull. Such products will require inspection and import clearance by our Port Health Inspectors (EHOs) acting as Official Fish Inspectors.

The port is also able to process imports of specifically listed non-EU high-risk food of non-animal origin at the same facility, subject to our controls.

Further information will follow, and it should be noted that non-EU products of animal origin cannot legally be imported at any other port facilities within the HGPHA area. If in any doubt, please contact our Inspectors.
