Plastic Kitchenware Update

New import controls on plastic kitchenware from China or Hong Kong imported via the EU will be enforced from the 30 April. 

If you import plastic kitchenware from China or Hong Kong into the EU that is subject to checks then this may affect you.

PDD notifications will need to be made to the Authority if your consignment is imported via the new Border Control Post facilities at Hull and Killingholme. This should be received via PHILIS DES as IPAFFS is not currently available for plastic kitchenware.
